REVIEWS AND APPROVALS.

Design Drawings are used for obtaining critical Land Use Approvals — no approval; no project. Planning Boards, Zoning Boards, and Design Review Boards require Design Drawings and more as part of an often complex paperwork application. Design Drawings are the key to a successful presentation.

BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION PERMITS.

Construction Plans are used for obtaining Building Permits — no permits until the building department's plan review confirm compliance with multiple Construction Codes. My system integrates with the IRC and other codes.
